We want to comment on how disappointed we were with this company,
For starters terrible customer service - unable to return phone calls, unable to respond to emails, ending phone calls while the customer is still speaking, advising that they will complete a task but failing to do so within the agreed timeframe, not able to speak with the photographer directly, but instead having to speak with the "office Manager", who then is unable to answer your questions because he does not know the answers because he is not the photographer!
They contact you the day before your wedding to go through the proceedings for the day, and don't have the correct information after it has been provided to them on several occassions - as you could imagine this is the last thing you want to happening the day before your wedding!
She arrives late on your wedding days, demands to be seated with guests, doesn't tell you before your wedding that her husband would be attending too - l found this to be extremely rude, especially when he enters the ceremony & reception gets in the way and takes your guests seats and does not provide assistance to the photographer.
The quality of the photos you receive of your wedding are no way near the standard of the photographs that are shown to you in her studio.
Do your self a favour, and save yourself the stress & heartache of not having the best photos for your special day and stay away from this company!
